Bella discovered yoga and pilates in 2006 when she was studying ballet at school. In 2013 she was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis, a chronic inflammatory autoimmune condition affecting her spine and sacral joints. She relied heavily on yoga to help the chronic pain. Creating a regular practice became a necessity to maintaining mobility as well as supporting the mental state.
Bella is qualified in vinyasa, prenatal and yin yoga and loves to share her passion with others: not limited to the physical benefits. She believes yoga is for everyone and can be used as a beautiful tool in healing, self-inquiry, compassion and transformation.
Bella is also a qualified barre and pilates instructor. She loves creating and delivering vibrant classes that pack a punch, and because of her ballet background, her classes naturally focus on proper alignment, beautiful flow- while also having a lot of fun.
